ANNA SAGRERA

She trained in modern dance and hip hop at Company & Company (Barcelona, 2011-2015) and, from 2015, he began his own research into the fusion of urban and contemporary dance. In 2017 he traveled to Costa Rica to delve deeper into physical dance with the Revés course. In 2018 he participated in the Fre3 Bodies program as an interpreter of choreographies by Diego Sinniger, Vero Cendoya and Kiko López.

 

She has worked with companies such as Les Impuxibles, Nicolás Richinni Company and Iron Skulls Co, with whom he tours Europe. He co-founded the Kä Collective with Carla Sisteré and currently dances with the companies Aina Lanas, Roseland and Cobosmika.

 

She defines herself as a versatile performer, who seeks her own physical language based on the fusion of styles, emotion and instinctive movement.

He is a performer and creator trained in contemporary dance at Cobosmika Seed's (2019-2024) and in urban dances self-taught. He has worked with companies and choreographers such as Jesús Rubio Gamo, Julien Rossin, Tania i Albert, and Cia. AÜC, participating in pieces such as Gran Bolero, Perception, Scrakeja't 2.0 and La Cèrvola Blanca. He has also collaborated in audiovisual projects and multidisciplinary shows.

She combines dance with teaching, giving classes since 2015, and with her training in mechanical engineering, working in technical offices and production plants. Her movement is characterized by great physical versatility and a constant search between technical rigor and emotional expression.

He began his training in classical, jazz, contemporary and Spanish dance at the Estudi, with teachers such as Janusz Smolinski, Roser Rubí, Paloma Solanas and Juan Carlos Lérida. He continued his studies for two years in María de Ávila (Zaragoza) and in 2005 he graduated in contemporary dance at the Institut del Teatre de Barcelona.

As a performer, he has worked in productions such as Habemus Corpus Dance Company, The Musicians of Bremen, The Little Magic Flute at the Gran Teatre del Liceu, and Pinocchio and Journey to the Center of the Earth, premiered at the Grec Festival in Barcelona with the Roseland Musical company, with whom he tours Spain, Europe and South America.

He combines the stage with teaching, giving workshops in classical dance, jazz and conscious movement. He understands dance as a living language, in constant evolution, which is born from technical rigor and is transformed through emotion and presence.
