Dancer, choreographer, artistic director and cultural manager.
She trained as a dancer and choreographer in Barcelona, Paris and New York.
From 1981 to 2006 he created and directed the Roseland Dance School, and in 1987 he founded the Roseland Musical company, where he continues to develop innovative dance shows aimed especially at children and young people.
In 2007 he received the National Culture Award, awarded by the Generalitat de Catalunya, in recognition of the artistic quality of his career.
From 2008 to 2017, she led the Department of Festivities and Traditions at the Barcelona Institute of Culture, from where she directed some of the city's most emblematic cultural events: the Cavalcada de Reis de Barcelona, the MAC - Mercè Street Arts, the Santa Eulà lia Festival, the Llum BCN Festival and Món Llibre, dedicated to children's and young people's literature. She continued to carry out this task as an external artistic director until January 2024.
In 2021 she was awarded the Ramblista d'Honor award, awarded by the Friends of the Rambla Association, which recognizes those people, entities or projects that contribute to improving, promoting or prestige the city of Barcelona.
Throughout her career she has participated in numerous choreographic projects with her company, including her work as choreographer of the film "Tic Tac" by Rosa Vergés, as well as the artistic direction of the Centenary of FC Barcelona and several ceremonies of the Special Olympics, among other events of international scope.
