Dancer, choreographer, artistic director and cultural manager.

She trained in dance and choreography in Barcelona, Paris and New York.

In 1981, she founded the Roseland Dance School, which she directed until 2006. In 1987, she established Roseland Musical, where she continues to create innovative dance productions, with a particular focus on children, young people and family audiences.

In 2007, she received the National Culture Award from the Generalitat de Catalunya in recognition of the artistic excellence of her career.

From 2008 to 2017, she headed the Department of Festivals and Traditions at the Barcelona Institute of Culture (ICUB), where she was responsible for the artistic direction of some of Barcelona’s most iconic public events, including the Three Kings’ Parade, MAC – Mercè Arts de Carrer, the Santa Eulàlia Festival, Llum BCN and Món Llibre, the city’s festival dedicated to children’s and young people’s literature. She continued collaborating with ICUB as an external artistic director until January 2024.

In 2021, she was awarded the Ramblista d’Honor Award by the Friends of La Rambla Association in recognition of her contribution to enhancing and promoting the city of Barcelona through culture.

Throughout her career, she has created and choreographed numerous productions with Roseland Musical. Her work also includes choreography for Rosa Vergés’ feature film Tic Tac, the artistic direction of the FC Barcelona Centenary celebrations, the opening and closing ceremonies of the Special Olympics, and the artistic direction of many other large-scale cultural and international events.
